

Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.
I am Lyndsey Leeming, revenue manager at Choice Hotels, and supervise, among other things, Viking Hotel in Blackpool. In my role, it is crucial to use tools that deliver what they promise and help us improve the performance of our properties efficiently and without unnecessary complexity.
Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?

Yes, the sales results speak for themselves. Since the changeover, we have not only been working more efficiently, but we are also seeing a significant positive development in our figures. For us, the system is working perfectly right now and we haven't found anything that we would improve.
