Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what distinguishes your hotel or host role.
My name is Pierino Di Sanzo and I am the hotel manager of Health resorts in Freiburg (Dorint Thermenhotel & Mooswaldklinik). The health resort is the perfect address for a short and wellness vacation. Our location is on the outskirts of the city of Freiburg in the midst of beautiful, relaxing nature, right next to the thermal baths with modern wellness facilities.

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?
Before we used Happyhotel, we had consistent prices, which changed seasonally. So we haven't done any revenue management yet.

What does the dynamic pricing process look like for you NOW?
Today, we use Happyhotel automatically and have completely replaced our pricing strategy. We only have dynamic prices that Happyhotel gives us.

Which features of happyhotel do you no longer want to miss?
The daily report and the detailed analysis section give me insights that I could never get otherwise. Both provide me with all relevant data that I need every day quickly and clearly.

What is the best thing about Happyhotel? Which function feels like saving you the most time?
For me, saving time is paramount. If I had to compile the data that happyhotel provides me within seconds myself, that would take a very long time.

Have you already made any noticeable additional sales and if so, by what percentage have you been able to increase your turnover through happyhotel?
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, it is a difficult time that cannot be compared. We feel that the ADR is particularly high on days when demand is high.
