We run our RelaxResort Kothmühle in the 5th generation and want to lead it into a future fit for our grandchildren. For us, that means circular economy, sustainable water use, biodiversity and organic food are all top priorities.

Did you do revenue management before switching to happyhotel — and how?

We only distinguished between weekend and weekday prices, and kept the same price all year round.

Why did you decide on happyhotel?

We wanted to keep annual price increases smaller and only raise prices on high-occupancy weekends.
