‍I'm Inga Suter from the Landhotel Linde in Fislisbach. Our hotel stands for Swiss hospitality and tradition. In my role, it's important to me to set the business up for the future and to use technologies that take administrative load off us, so we can focus fully on our guests.

Did you do revenue management before switching to happyhotel — and how?

‍We were looking for a way to get started with professional yield management. Until then, managing prices manually across various portals was laborious. Our goal was to implement a system that steers prices dynamically without us having to make every single adjustment ourselves.

Why did you decide on happyhotel?

What do you like best about happyhotel? Which feature saves you the most time?

‍The automation is a real game-changer. Rates are adjusted automatically to current demand and pushed straight out to all portals. For us that means minimal effort for maximum impact. We've only been working with the system for a few weeks, but the time savings are already massive.

Have you already seen measurable additional revenue, and if so, by what percentage have you increased your revenue with happyhotel?

‍Even though we've only been on board a short time, the positive effects are already visible. The additional revenue and efficiency gains are clearly noticeable. We're completely satisfied with the algorithm's performance and the service — for us it was exactly the right step to take our revenue management to the next level.
