‍We are the team of Michlig Gastro from Hôtel Restaurant Tenne in Reckingen-Gluringen. In our house in beautiful Valais, we attach great importance to a personal atmosphere — this applies not only to our guests, but also to the collaboration with our partners and the tools that we use in the background.

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?

‍We were looking for a solution that would offer us real added value in everyday life without losing the human component. It was important to us to find a system that works technically flawlessly, but would not leave us stuck in an anonymous queue if we had questions.
