Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.

‍I am Matthias Reist from Hotel Dom in St. Gallen. Our hotel stands for hospitality with heart and professionalism. In my role, it is important to me that we rely on systems that relieve us of everyday life so that we have more time for the essentials: our guests and smooth hotel operations.

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?

‍We were looking for a way to simplify our daily revenue management processes. It was important to us to find a reliable and clear system that would give us structure and reduce the complexity of pricing so that we could make more efficient decisions.

Why did you choose Happyhotel?

‍We chose happyhotel because we were looking for a clear tool that delivers what it promises. Although the furnishing is somewhat more complex in some parts — such as the allocation of room types — and requires a certain amount of training time, the overall package of technical reliability and human competence convinced us.

What do you like best about Happyhotel? Which function feels like saving you the most time?

‍What we like the most is the noticeable simplification of our daily work. The system is clearly structured and runs absolutely reliably. Customer support is particularly noteworthy: Whenever we need help, the team is there quickly and competently. This support helped us a lot, especially in the initial phase.

Have you already made any noticeable additional sales and if so, by what percentage have you been able to increase your turnover through happyhotel?

‍We are very satisfied with the system's performance and the resulting return on investment. The software helps us to represent our pricing strategy more professionally. Thanks to the clarity and the well-founded database, we feel confident in our daily decisions and see a positive development.
