Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.

‍I am Erika Harder from Thurgauer Landhotel Seemöwe in Güttingen. Our hotel on Lake Constance is family-run and values a warm atmosphere. In a modern hotel business, it is important for us to use technology that is easy to operate and keeps our back in the background.

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?

‍In the past, price maintenance involved many manual tasks. We were looking for a solution that would automatically incorporate market data and current demand into pricing in order to move away from rigid prices towards a dynamic model that reduces our effort.

What do you like best about Happyhotel? Which function feels like saving you the most time?

‍What I like best is that the system runs completely automatic. happyhotel takes over the manual pricing tasks and provides us with reliable, dynamic price recommendations for our rooms. This saves us an enormous amount of time in everyday life, as we no longer have to constantly take care of every single price adjustment ourselves.

Have you already made any noticeable additional sales and if so, by what percentage have you been able to increase your turnover through happyhotel?

‍By taking market and demand factors into account, we were able to significantly professionalize our revenue management. We see the potential for even greater transparency and improved forecasts in the future, but we are already very satisfied with the increase in efficiency and the return on investment.
