Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.
I am Hayley Jones from Raithwaite Sandsend in Whitby. It is important for us to work with systems that are easy to use and easy to navigate so that we can make our processes efficient.
Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?
We were looking for a solution that would make it easier for us to get started with revenue management. It was important to us that the onboarding process was uncomplicated and that we had a platform that was easy to read so that we had all the relevant information for our decisions right at our fingertips.

What do you like best about Happyhotel? Which function feels like saving you the most time?
What I like best is that the system is so easy to navigate. Information on every aspect of revenue management is always available at the tap of a finger. The support from Sophia is particularly valuable for us, who always reacts quickly and helps us competently if we have any questions.
Have you already made any noticeable additional sales and if so, by what percentage have you been able to increase your turnover through happyhotel?
We're still fairly new to the process and are just getting to know the platform. So far, our experiences have been consistently positive. The ease of use and excellent customer service give us great confidence in the system. We are looking forward to continuing to use the platform in everyday life.
