Ich bin Viktoria Lorenz von den Bernstein Hotels. Da wir mehrere Hotels mit sehr unterschiedlichen Anforderungen und Zielgruppen führen, ist unsere Gastgeberrolle von einer hohen Komplexität geprägt. Jedes unserer Häuser hat eigene Bedürfnisse und individuelle Herausforderungen. Unser Anspruch ist es, für jedes Objekt die optimale Strategie zu verfolgen und dabei auf moderne, flexible Lösungen zu setzen, die uns im täglichen Betrieb entlasten.

Habt ihr bzw. wie habt ihr Revenue Management gemacht, bevor ihr auf happyhotel umgestiegen seid?

Bevor wir happyhotel nutzten, haben wir enorm viel Zeit darauf verwendet, Preise manuell anzupassen und Trends ständig zu überwachen. Besonders an Tagen mit hoher Marktaktivität, wie zum Beispiel während Messen, war der Aufwand für manuelle Korrekturen extrem hoch. Wir suchten nach einem Weg, diese Routineaufgaben zu automatisieren, ohne dabei die Kontrolle über unsere individuellen Preisstrategien zu verlieren.

Wieso habt ihr euch für happyhotel entschieden?

Wir waren anfangs skeptisch, ob ein einziges System die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen unserer verschiedenen Hotels wirklich erfüllen kann. happyhotel hat uns jedoch schnell überzeugt. Ausschlaggebend war die Flexibilität der Software: Wir können für jedes Hotel eigene Regeln, Zeiträume und Preislimits definieren. Zudem schätzen wir den schnellen und lösungsorientierten Support, der in der heutigen Zeit keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist.

Was gefällt dir am besten an happyhotel? Welche Funktion erspart dir gefühlt am meisten Zeit?

Für uns ist die Autopilot-Funktion wie ein zusätzlicher Vollzeit-Mitarbeiter. Sie reagiert schnell und effektiv auf Marktschwankungen und nimmt uns einen Großteil der Arbeit ab, die wir früher manuell erledigen mussten. Besonders schätzen wir die intuitiv strukturierte Benutzeroberfläche und die klaren Reports, die uns dabei helfen, fundierte Entscheidungen schneller zu treffen. Dass wir dennoch jederzeit manuell eingreifen und Preise fixieren können, gibt uns die nötige Sicherheit.

Habt ihr schon erkennbare Mehrumsätze gemacht und wenn ja, um welchen Prozentsatz habt ihr euren Umsatz durch happyhotel steigern können?

Die Zusammenarbeit mit happyhotel ist für uns ein voller Erfolg. Das System sorgt dafür, dass wir in jedem unserer Häuser die optimale Preisstrategie verfolgen, was sich unmittelbar in der Performance widerspiegelt. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut aufgehoben und können die Software jedem empfehlen, der mehrere Hotels verwaltet oder in Hochlastphasen eine klare und dynamische Preisstrategie benötigt.
