Please introduce yourself briefly and tell us what makes your hotel or host role stand out.

I am Petra Müller, Group Revenue Managerin at Aspria. In houses like the Aspria Brussels Royal la Rasante We place the highest value on excellence and innovation. Since every room counts for us, it is my aim to use technologies that help us to fully exploit our revenue potential at all times and remain competitive.

Did you or how did you do revenue management before you switched to happyhotel?

We were looking for a solution that would help us not miss out on any more revenue opportunities — especially during periods of heavy load. It was important to us to find a system that was not only easy to use, but also actively helps to adjust pricing to our company's specific needs, rather than just delivering static rates.

What do you like best about Happyhotel? Which function feels like saving you the most time?

An absolute highlight is the autopilot function. The fact that the system adjusts prices several times a day based on pick-up data gives us tremendous security. In addition, the autopilot automatically detects high demand due to events or concerts and immediately adjusts prices. This saves us the hassle of manual monitoring and ensures that we are always optimally positioned on the market.

Have you already made any noticeable additional sales and if so, by what percentage have you been able to increase your turnover through happyhotel?

Through intelligent automation, we are significantly maximizing our sales potential. In particular, the AI-based reporting tool is already making our processes significantly more efficient. We appreciate the intuitive navigation of the software and the certainty that we will achieve the best possible price on the market at all times thanks to the smart algorithms.
