You are responsible for identifying and approaching the best talent for happyhotel and recruiting them to join our team through a professional recruiting process.

🤝 Your tasks
- You build a scalable and efficient recruiting process and continuously optimize it.
- You maintain a talent pool for future roles and actively develop it further.
- You work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to define roles, profiles, and interview processes.
- You are responsible for recruiting analytics and dashboards, including time-to-hire, pipeline health and conversion rates.
- You ensure a first-class candidate experience across all touchpoints.

- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing company.
- Understanding recruiting KPIs, funnel analyses, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools.
- High level of self-organization and initiative.
- Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
