We are a start-up from Offenburg and our software was developed specifically for the hotel industry. happyhotel uses an algorithm to dynamically design room prices and thus generate more revenue. At happyhotel, you'll meet creative people, strategists, tech geeks and, above all, ambitious and determined people.

First impressions count—and at happyhotel, that's you. In this role, you'll build relationships with hoteliers and identify the challenges they face in their day-to-day operations. You'll engage in equal conversations, listen carefully and present happyhotel as the stress-free revenue management solution. Working together with your colleagues, you will make HappyHotel a little better known and more popular every day.

📋 Your tasks

• You convince hotels of the benefits of our software via telephone, email, and social media.
• You build a sales pipeline and arrange qualified presentation appointments for the account executive team.
• You actively network within the hotel industry.
• You identify new applications and expansion potential for our product.
• You work closely with Customer Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing to showcase our customers and their success stories.
• You use our HubSpot CRM system and assist in building a knowledge base.

🤝 Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a university degree
• Ideal: Experience in the hotel industry
• Enthusiasm for cold calling paired with the necessary empathy and persistence
• Ideal: Experience in marketing a SaaS product and/or affinity for technical products
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy interacting with different personalities
• Your voice is your strongest sales tool
• High degree of self-organization and initiative
• You are keen to develop further and actively shape our growth
• A structured, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work rounds off your profile
• Fluent German and English skills
