📎 Your role

As a Product Manager Interface at happyhotel, you are responsible for stable, scalable integrations and ensure that technical excellence and customer needs come together in a strong, value-creating partner ecosystem.

🤝 Your tasks

• You specify, prioritize and control technical integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth2/API keys, retry/error handling) with a focus on reliability and customer impact.
• You carry out customer-oriented discovery: You record requirements, validate use cases, model processes and translate them into API mappings (JSON/XML).
• You work closely with partners and customers during implementation: You clarify technical issues, coordinate timelines and SLAs, create test plans and support approvals and go-lives.
• You work intensively with engineering, QA and support: You prepare refinements, create tickets, carry out approvals and regression checks, develop runbooks and organize the handover to the company.
• You create clear documentation and enablement materials: OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, integration guides, customer and partner documents, and troubleshooting flows.
• You monitor integrations and drive continuous improvement: You set up status checks and alerting, carry out post-incident reviews and optimize KPIs such as time-to-integration, partner activation rate, API reliability and adoption.

💙 Your profile

• 3-5 years of experience in product management (B2B SaaS) or related roles with integration/API responsibility, ideally with direct customer contact.
• Strong technical understanding: HTTP/REST, Auth (OAuth2, API keys), webhooks, error and rate limit handling; safe to read/write JSON and XML.
• Practice with Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger, Jira or ClickUp as well as BI tools; ability to communicate technical details in a way that is understandable to customers.
• Distinctive customer focus: You think in terms of end-to-end processes, value stability, clarity and supportability.
• Structured way of working: clear specifications, clean assumptions, good risk/dependency management; strong internal and external communication.
