📎 Your role

As Head of Marketing, you manage our entire marketing strategically and operationally, make the happyhotel brand visible and build scalable structures through funnel ownership, performance, content and growth. You are responsible for all channels and campaigns, develop creative growth levers and ensure that marketing contributes measurably to ARR growth.

🤝 Your tasks

• You develop the entire marketing strategy and are responsible for a scalable lead funnel for DACH and international markets.
• You define ICP messaging, target groups, campaign priorities and positioning logics and coordinate closely with Sales, Product and CS.
• You control all paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), set up campaigns, test and optimize them, and also expand organic and account-based campaigns.
• You optimize landing pages, carry out A/B tests and continuously analyze key KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS as well as MQL and SQL rates.
• You develop a strong brand identity, define key messages and are responsible for the entire content strategy, including case studies, webinars, white papers, social media and a website.
• You will lead a small marketing team, manage agencies and partners, and set up efficient processes for campaign planning, content production and performance reporting.
• You develop a reporting framework, create dashboards, optimize based on data and work closely with RevOps on tracking, tooling, attribution, UTMs, lead routing and scoring.

💙 Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS, hospitality tech or scale-up environment.
• Profound expertise in performance marketing, demand generation and cross-channel campaigns.
• Evidence of success in building and scaling a lead funnel.
• Experience managing small teams and building scalable marketing structures.
• Safe use of marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Analytics, Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience in KPI management and reporting.
• Distinctive hands-on mentality, ownership, high speed and clear ability to prioritize.
• Very good communication skills and ability to clearly explain complex relationships.
