🤝 Your tasks
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers
- Impress customers by telephone and email as a reliable partner
- Support customers during their onboarding
- Become a happyhotel product specialist and get to know the customer perspective through surveys and analysis of usage behavior and intensity
- Identifying and uncovering new uses and enhancements of our product
- Take on and advance your own projects
- Work closely with customer service, sales, product & marketing to focus on our customers and their success stories
- You work with our CRM system and help set up a knowledge database

- Successfully completed commercial/technical education or a degree
- Experience in the hotel industry (you are familiar with PMS systems and channel managers)
- First experience in revenue management
- Affinity for technical products
- You are strong in communication and enjoy interacting with different personalities
- High level of self-organization and initiative
- A knack for negotiating prices
- Startup spirit (ambition, flexibility, adventurous spirit)
- Want to develop yourself further and learn something new
- A structured, analytical and goal-oriented way of working completes your profile
- Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
