🤝 Your tasks
- You work closely with our founders and help establish happyhotel as an AI sales manager
- You take on strategic projects and drive them forward independently
- You identify bottlenecks in internal processes and develop effective solutions for process optimization
- You help with the strategic orientation and tracking of our corporate goals (OKR's).
- You dive deep into our controlling area, optimize cost structures and create the basis for well-founded, data-based decisions
- You help create convincing pitch decks, analyze and prepare financial data in Excel, and other strategic documents to support decision-making processes

- You have excellent analytical skills and work with figures in a structured and independent manner.
- You have a hands-on mentality, an entrepreneurial mindset and take responsibility for various projects
- You can manage, prioritize and always keep track of several projects in parallel
- Experience in the SaaS sector is desirable
- You understand how business relationships work and can use them strategically
