📎 Your role
You are the first point of contact for our customers and usually solve their concerns directly. For more complex cases, you will take over the structured analysis and, if necessary, coordinate the transfer to the tech team.

🤝 Your tasks
- You answer customer inquiries (email, phone), prioritize them and solve them reliably — from how-to questions to configuration adjustments.
- You ensure a high quality of service through friendly, professional and empathetic communication.
- You check settings, data and typical error patterns and solve many cases independently; you analyze more complex tickets and prepare them for escalation.
- You escalate extensive technical issues to tech support or the development team in a structured way (including a clear description, reproduction steps and impact).
- You track open cases and actively provide feedback to customers until the problem is resolved.
- You maintain all relevant information, status updates and solutions in the CRM system.
- You coordinate closely with onboarding and account management to holistically solve customer concerns.
- You create and maintain knowledge articles as well as internal guidelines for recurring topics.

- Successfully completed studies preferred; with very good grades, commercial/technical education is also possible.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in a B2B environment (2nd level support is also welcome).
- Safe use of CRM systems (ticket management, automations).
- Affinity for technical products.
- High level of self-organization and initiative.
- Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in the hotel or catering industry is a strong advantage.
