How to request the happyhotel interface
You request the interface directly from RoomRaccoon. Once that is sorted, we set it up on our side and get in touch with you for onboarding.
1. Create a happyhotel account
Create a happyhotel account if you do not already have one: Create happyhotel account.
2. Contact RoomRaccoon support
Contact RoomRaccoon Support and let them know you would like to request the interface to happyhotel.
3. Receive RoomRaccoon's offer
Once the pricing details have been clarified, RoomRaccoon will get back to you with the appropriate offer for the interface.
Please note: The interface requires 1 upgrade slot – you will need at least the Essentials plan or higher (see pricing overview).
4. Export your room categories and rate plans
Before the interface can be set up, we need an overview of your room categories and rate plans. You can easily export this yourself:
- In RoomRaccoon, go to "My Property" → "Categories" tab
- Scroll all the way down
- Click the export button in the bottom right
The exported file contains everything we need on our end to prepare the connection.
5. Sit back – we will set everything up
We will set up the interface on our side and transfer your setup to happyhotel 1:1. We will handle everything else directly with RoomRaccoon.
6. Book your onboarding session
Once the interface is fully set up, your bookings, rates and availability are automatically synced between RoomRaccoon and happyhotel. We will then reach out so you can book your onboarding session right away and get started together.
