How to approve the happyhotel connection request:
- Open the OHIP Customer Portal and click "Environments" at the top.
- Select "Partner Connections" and search for the pending happyhotel connection.
- Select the desired properties, then click "Next".
- Review the summary and click "Approve".
Note: After receiving the approval email, wait 5 minutes before calling the environment. The status will change to "Approved" in both portals and happyhotel will be notified by email. Once we have received the notification and linked the relevant data, we will get back to you.
