How to connect Cloudbeds with happyhotel
In just a few steps you can connect your Cloudbeds account to happyhotel and start revenue management right away.
1. Log in to Cloudbeds and open Apps & Marketplace
Log in to your Cloudbeds account and navigate to Apps & Marketplace in the main menu.
2. Search for happyhotel and open the listing
Search for happyhotel in the Marketplace, open the listing and click Connect App.

3. Review permissions and allow access
Review the displayed permissions and click Allow Access.
4. Get redirected to happyhotel
You will be automatically redirected to happyhotel. New users complete a short onboarding, existing users simply log in.
5. Confirm your property and connect
Confirm your property and click Connect. You will land directly on your happyhotel dashboard.
Good to know: The first data sync can take several hours – don’t worry if data isn’t visible right away. Also, each Cloudbeds property connects one-to-one with a single happyhotel company. For multi-property operators, simply repeat the process per property.
